How it works - simple and safe
1. Approval & Agreement
You submit an expression of interest via the form below. We will send out the agreement for our collaboration. We are more than happy to participate in a digital meeting or call if you have any questions before the agreement is signed.
2. Product listing
You download our template located below on this page. You then fill it in and send it back to us. We upload the products and make them searchable globally.

3. Sales
When a customer purchases your product, you automatically receive information to be able to ship the product.
4. Delivery
You ship the product with your own shipping agreement.
5. Monthly Summary
We create a summary of all sold items at the end of the month and deduct our fees, which you then invoice us for.
Costs
We keep the cost model simple and clear:
- Product setup: 30 kr per unique SKU / article number
- Fixed fee per order: 95 kr
- Commission: 35 % of sold goods (transaction & exchange fee included)
The products remain on Bikepart.eu until they are sold, you ask us to take them down or the collaboration ends.
