We want you to be satisfied!

When you purchase a product from Bikepart, you should be satisfied. If something is not as you expected, you naturally have the right to return or claim it with us.

Use the form below if you want to make a return or claim on a product you bought from us.

  • Return - You wish to send the product back to us for any or no reason. You can use a shipping label provided by us; the cost for return shipping is then 149 SEK, which is often cheaper than booking shipping yourself and always ensures it arrives correctly.

  • Claim - You have received the wrong product or a defective product. For claims, you can choose to use our shipping label, which is free of charge. If it turns out that the case is not a claim after we have received your product, 99 SEK will be deducted from your refund for the use of our shipping label.

Start your return / claim!

  1. Submit a return request by selecting your country below if it is listed.
  2. If your country is missing, send it directly to us at the address below.
  3. Pack the product carefully in a box. If possible, reuse the original packaging. Don’t forget to include the return form and attach the shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at the shipping agent. They will send it directly to us.
