We want you to be satisfied!

When you have purchased a product from bikepart, you should be satisfied. If something is not as you wished, you obviously have the right to return/complain about it to us.

Use the form below if you want to make a return or complaint about a product you purchased from us.

  • Return - You wish to send the product back to us for some reason or no reason at all. You can use a shipping label that you receive from us, the cost for return shipping is then 149:- which is often cheaper than if you book shipping yourself while it always comes correctly.

  • Complaint - You have received the wrong product or a defective product. When making a complaint, you can choose to use our shipping label, which is then free of charge. If it turns out that the case is not a complaint after we have received your product, 99:- will be deducted from your refund for the use of our shipping label.

  1. Register your return/complaint via the button below and download a shipping label.
  2. Pack the product well in a box. If possible, reuse the original packaging. Don't forget to include the return slip and affix the shipping label.
  3. Drop off the package at the shipping agent. They will send it directly to us.
